PAYMENT METHODS
We strive to make the payment process simple and convenient for all our clients. We currently accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash App, and Cash
Payment is due at the time of booking to secure your appointment. All payments are Non-Refundable, as we reserve your cleaning slot and allocate staff specifically for your service. If paying in cash, please note that payment must be made in full before the start of service.
For ALL electronic payments please ensure the transaction is completed and confirmed prior to your scheduled cleaning.We appreciate your timely payments and cooperation, which allow us to provide consistent, reliable service to all our clients.
REFUNDS/ CANCELLATIONS POLICY
At 1Clean Miami Beach we value your time and ours. Once a cleaning appointment is booked, it is considered Non-refundable. This policy ensures we can reserve your scheduled time exclusively for you and compensate our team accordingly. If you need to reschedule, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before your appointment may be subject to a rescheduling fee. Please note that all bookings are non-refundable, even in cases of cancellation or missed appointments. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as this policy helps us maintain fairness and reliability for all our clients.
RIGHT OF REFUSAL
Access Issues: The property cannot be accessed, or entry is restricted.
Utility Problems: Essential utilities such as water or electricity are unavailable.
Environmental Control Failures: Heating, air conditioning, or other necessary systems are not functioning.
Booking Irregularities: Repeated cancellations, last-minute changes, or improper booking practices.
Scope of Service: Requests that fall outside the agreed service scope or exclude key areas necessary for proper cleaning.
Behavioral Concerns: Any inappropriate, abusive, or discriminatory behavior toward our staff.
Staff Solicitation: Attempts to hire or contract 1Clean Miami Beach employees directly, outside official channels.
Billing Issues: Invalid or incorrect billing information. A valid payment method must remain on file to confirm your booking.
Non-Compliance: Continued insistence on terms that conflict with company policies.
Health and Safety Risks: Hazardous conditions or environments that pose a risk to our staff swell-being.
Legal Compliance: Requests that would require us to violate any laws or regulations.
Privacy and Data Security: Failure to comply with our privacy or data protection standards.
Custom Requests: Services requiring unrealistic customization or outside our professional capabilities.
Capacity Limitations: Situations where scheduling or resource constraints prevent us from providing service.
Property Damage and Accident Policy Responsibility for Care: We prioritize the care and safety of your property during our services. However, 1Clean Miami Beach is not liable for damages resulting from pre-existing conditions, general wear and tear, or actions of third parties. We recommend clients secure or store away valuable items, such as collectibles, antiques, and high-value objects, to minimize the risk of accidental damage.
Fully Insured: 1Clean Miami Beach is fully insured, providing an additional layer of protection and peace of mind for our clients and our team. This insurance covers significant damages or accidents that may occur during our cleaning services.
Client Obligations: Clients are expected to inform us of any specific care instructions or areas/items in their home requiring special attention. Failure to provide such information may limit our liability for any related damages.
Important Mold WARNING: Stachybotrys chartarum, often call "Black mold" or "Toxic mold" is a common type of mold in Florida due to the humid climate and frequent rain. Mold can come in many sources including, water leaks, condensation and damp areas. 1Clean Miami Beach does NOT provide mold remediation or mold removal.
It is in your best interest to have a licensed professional inspect any signs of mold inside your home or business.
Reporting Damages: In the event of any accidental damage caused during our service, our team members are trained to report it immediately. Additionally, clients must report any unreported damages to 1Clean Miami Beach within 24 hours to be considered for reimbursement.
Liability Limit: 1Clean Miami Beach liability for any damage claim is limited to the lesser of the reasonable repair cost or a maximum cap of $500. This cap is set to balance client reassurance and our ability to manage potential liabilities.
Pre-Existing Damages: We are not responsible for damages or loss related to pre-existing issues in the client’s property. 1Clean Miami Beach assumes no liability for the loss of items not securely stored or reported as valuable prior to our service commencement.
Exclusion of Liability: 1Clean Miami Beach is not responsible for damage due to faulty installations, light fixtures, ceiling fans, pictures, or improperly secured items. Clients should ensure these items are properly installed and secured to prevent accidental damage.
Client Responsibility for Timely Access: We kindly request that clients ensure timely access to the property on the scheduled service day. In the event that no access is provided upon arrival, our housekeeper will wait for up to 15 minutes. If access is not granted within this timeframe, the service will be canceled, and a late cancellation fee will be applied.
Breakage/Loss Liability Limit: 1Clean Miami Beach liability for breakage or loss of items is limited to a maximum of $500.00. Key replacement and locksmith fees are covered only if written and verbal instructions regarding key handling were followed incorrectly.
Written Key Instructions: All key instructions must be provided verbally and written upon arrival.
Confidentiality: The Client agrees to keep all information about 1Clean Miami Beach employees, business practices, and operations confidential.
Dispute Resolution PolicyAll claims and disputes arising out of or relating to services provided by 1Clean Miami Beach shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted on an individual basis, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. By booking our services, the client agrees to waive the right to participate in any class action or joint legal proceeding against 1Clean Miami Beach. Each party shall bear its own legal fees and costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.This agreement to arbitrate is intended to provide a fair and efficient resolution process for both parties while avoiding the expense and delay of court proceedings.
